Regional Flex League Representative

• Are you interested in collaborating with UTR Sports to promote tennis within your community?

• UTR Sports Flex Leagues is a program designed to connect local players for a 5-week league experience.

• Players, along with their opponents, are responsible for arranging the 'when' and 'where' of their matches, as well as reporting their own scores upon completion.

• Our team is deeply committed to Flex Leagues and seeks similarly passionate individuals to introduce Flex Leagues to their local areas.

• This role involves joining the UTR Sports team and offers the chance to enhance both your Flex League and the overall tennis landscape in your community.

• Key responsibilities include attracting new players to sign up and participate in Flex Leagues, along with maintaining communication with current players to encourage their continued engagement.

• UTR Sports will provide you with marketing tools, promotional materials, and growth strategies tailored for your region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an active or established tennis player and/or coach with a passion for expanding the game of tennis.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of owning projects from conception through execution and evaluation.

• Bring an energetic, focused, charismatic, and ambitious demeanor, willing to go the extra mile—metrics reveal the impact.

• Have a strong desire to educate and promote while remaining solution-oriented—intimidation is not an option.

• Proficiency in digital and social media marketing, including platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Proven ability to persuade, sell, recruit, and network within the tennis community.

• Capable of documenting feedback and relaying client insights to specific UTR team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional follow-through, a strong sense of ownership, and high responsiveness.

• Professionalism, integrity, and honesty, with the ability to represent UTR confidently.

• A preferred undergraduate degree or at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Currently, UTR serves as the official rating for various organizations including Tennis Channel, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), World TeamTennis (WTT), the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), Orange Coach, Les Petits As, among others.

• UTR Sports is continuously expanding its partnerships, features, services, and player base, necessitating the development of a team of Flex League Managers throughout the United States.
