This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with L&D, Operations, and business leaders to gain insights into learning objectives.
• Conduct workshops, both in-person and virtually.
• Oversee learning performance evaluations.
• Analyze regional data to assess franchise training completions, including: Course completion rates, Assessment scores, Time taken to complete training, Certification rates, and Learner engagement.
• Execute training initiatives, content development, and offline training with franchise organizations.
• Translate business objectives into measurable metrics and disseminate to relevant stakeholders and teams.
• Review survey feedback to uncover themes, sentiments, and specific insights.
• Prepare and interpret reporting data.
• Compare learning and operational data from systems such as LMS, GXI, and performance platforms.
• Leverage data from reporting and LMS to coach franchisees on Training performance, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Recommend remediation analysis for franchise training market deficiencies, including strategic discussions and action plans.
• Schedule reports or notifications to emphasize key changes or issues.
• Evaluate historical training completion data to spot trends, patterns, and potential bottlenecks.
• Customize updates and tracking metrics for various user types (e.g., RBI leadership, Regional Ops, FZ Ops & Training teams).
• Communicate insights through multiple channels (e.g., presentations, written reports, executive summaries).
• Collaborate with regional operations to integrate training needs into operational performance metrics (i.e., REV, Zenput).
• Draft clear operational training guides detailing each tool’s processes, purposes, and usage instructions.
• Distribute feedback reports to the Training Team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Regional Ops managers.
• Work with these stakeholders to design and implement content updates and enhancements based on data analysis.
• Evaluate Franchisee’s LMS Training Plans to track the effect of content updates on subsequent ratings and feedback.
• 3-5 years of experience in Training roles or within the Quick Service Restaurant sector, with a focus on training others.
• Must have experience with restaurant brands; experience in Quick Service Restaurants is preferred.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related learning platforms.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Exceptional public speaking abilities, including in-person facilitation and presentations to senior leaders and owners/partners.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Excel & PowerPoint are essential).
• Prior experience in a regional role is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the year.
