Regional Field Support Manager – Veterinary Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will cultivate the team's development and provide continuous coaching to enhance performance.

• You will work alongside field partners to identify opportunities and steer a region towards shared objectives.

• You will execute strategies aimed at achieving quarterly commercial targets.

• You will organize resources and assist employees with territory management to foster customer loyalty and growth.

• You will serve as an advocate for both internal and external customers, mediating to forge robust relationships.

• You will uphold and exemplify the IDEXX Purpose & Guiding Principles.

• You will play a role in formulating operating policies and procedures, integrating enhancements based on assessments of current practices and business requirements.

• You will facilitate connections between field partners and field support representatives, acting as a liaison to promote effective collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.

• 5 or more years of leadership experience, ideally in managing remote field service teams.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders; essential strengths include influencing, planning, and coordinating across various projects.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to identify and address customers’ needs, along with experience in maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Strong management capabilities with the aptitude to provide developmental feedback in a coaching context.

• Proficiency in organization, time management, and prioritization is crucial for the success of this role moving forward.

• You are a natural communicator with an inspiring approach to your work, enjoying interactions with people and possessing the ability to establish instant rapport.
