Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items within the designated territory.

• Ensure impeccable execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) across various retailers.

• Meet all merchandising goals by effectively utilizing Permanent Secondary Displays and other display tools outlined in the Retail Execution Plan.

• Report weekly activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and all administrative tasks within the assigned territory.

• Document daily activities using tablets, submitting reports upon the conclusion of each day.

• Manage Sales Territory, which varies based on territory size, number of retailers, and geographical location.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver's license issued by a US state is required.

• A personal vehicle in good working condition is necessary.

• Must maintain personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 for property damage.

• Must either reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries outlined in the job description.

• Capability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls on a daily basis is essential.

• Ability to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Proficiency in using tablet technology is required.

• Daily access to wireless internet is essential.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage are necessary.

• Availability to work between 20-25 hours each week is required.
