Regional Field Sales Manager – Paderborn, Gütersloh, Göttingen

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will autonomously oversee a designated sales territory.

• You will cultivate and enhance relationships with electrical wholesalers, installers, planners, and other key stakeholders.

• You are accountable for the acquisition, consulting, planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up of lighting projects.

• You will execute sales strategies and meet defined sales targets.

• You will assist in customer retention initiatives such as training sessions, trade shows, and events, while also analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed a technical or commercial vocational training program or possess a relevant degree.

• You bring several years of professional experience in field or inside sales within a related industry (such as electrical wholesale or three-tier distribution).

• Familiarity with lighting technology is preferred.

• You are capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team member.

• Strong negotiation skills, along with excellent communication and presentation capabilities, complete your profile.

• You possess experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
