This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of regional field marketing initiatives, which include third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables, and customer experiences.
• Oversee the complete event lifecycle, encompassing venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, branding, invitation management, attendee oversight, on-site execution, and follow-up post-event.
• Implement programs utilizing established event playbooks and booth toolkits, tailoring activities for specific markets while upholding brand and execution standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to engage priority strategic accounts through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, such as executive dinners, roundtables, and focused on-site experiences.
• Assist in launching new countries in conjunction with the Country General Manager and Growth Marketer, organizing launch events, local activations, partners, venues, and related marketing activities.
• Supervise local agencies, venues, suppliers, and event partners to ensure high-quality delivery within set country marketing budgets.
• Monitor program effectiveness, pipeline contributions, engagement, and event ROI, compiling key insights to enhance future activities.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the LATAM market and identify relevant opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
• Travel throughout the region as necessary to support events, launches, and strategic account engagements.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Residing in Bogota, Colombia.
• Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or integrated marketing.
• Extensive hands-on experience in planning and executing physical events from inception to completion.
• Background in supporting ABM, demand generation, or strategic account marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales, Growth, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong regional expertise and understanding of the LATAM market.
• Experience in managing agencies, venues, vendors, and event budgets.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with excellent project management and organizational abilities.
