📋 Description

• Oversee the regional Facilities Management strategy, ensuring operational resilience, consistency, and continuity.

• Align operational execution with global goals while considering regional specifics and challenges.

• Act as the main operational liaison between the client's senior management and our global delivery teams.

• Discover opportunities for service improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancement throughout the account.

• Propel strategic direction and operational excellence across essential account support functions: HSSE, Quality & Compliance, Performance Management, Communications, Sustainability, and CAFM.

• Foster a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement throughout all regions.

• Create annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Progressive background in managing corporate real estate services, with proven expertise in Facilities Management.

• Established history of successfully overseeing complex, multi-regional service delivery operations with considerable budgetary authority.

• Experience in leading diverse functional teams, including HSSE, Quality & Compliance, Performance Management, and Sustainability.

• Proven expertise in vendor management and strategic sourcing.

• Strong financial insight with extensive experience in budget formulation, financial forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Desired professional certifications pertinent to operations management, project management, or real estate services (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, MRICS).
