Manager, Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the commissioning, startup, and maintenance tasks related to deployed electrolyzer systems.

• Lead a local and/or remote field team by setting clear goals and objectives.

• Work in collaboration with other stakeholders to enhance the performance, reliability, and serviceability of electrolyzers.

• Manage warehouse and repair facilities for the centralized storage and refurbishment of spare parts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or engineering is required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a field service role with operations and maintenance responsibilities.

• At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience, with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
