• Identify, establish, and oversee transformational projects across both direct and indirect functions on a global scale.

• Evaluate performance gaps, create enhancement concepts, and execute comprehensive improvement initiatives that directly impact profit and loss.

• Lead cross-functional, global project teams and communicate progress to appropriate leadership levels, serving as a reliable sparring partner to senior executives.

• Implement, enhance, and expand Carrier Excellence global standards.

• Educate, mentor, and empower employees to effectively utilize Carrier Excellence methodologies.

• Work in close collaboration with the Carrier Excellence Network, Manufacturing Technologies, and Digital Manufacturing teams to achieve sustainable operational advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration.

• Several years of professional experience in:

• - A leading industrial enterprise focused on driving C-level operational efficiency and transformation initiatives.
