Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader – Case Processing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Leads the team tasked with ICSR management for a designated project or group of projects in the capacity of Team Leader.

• Ensures effective distribution of tasks among assigned projects and teams while overseeing the workflow process.

• Guarantees and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.

• Provides support for additional activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, conducting training, and implementing other initiatives to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Recommends process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handles ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data, ensuring accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality control (QC) of cases.

• Functions as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for the team and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Extensive background in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line management role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Effective delegation skills.

• Proficient in planning and time management.

• Technical skills are essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
