Regional Facilities Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of all Facilities Management services within the assigned geographic area.

• Assume complete 360-degree accountability for the success of the PM/FM contract throughout the region.

• Give priority to HSE regulations for all involved stakeholders.

• Ensure client satisfaction and effectively address client requirements.

• Guarantee the contract remains profitable for JLL.

• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Account Director on budget formulation and forecasting.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers.

• Encourage innovation and establish best practices across the service scope.

• Actively engage with operational teams on value-added projects and initiatives.

• Supervise and manage FM operations and tasks.

• Set objectives for the team and oversee personnel and assignments across teams.

• Create and execute cross-disciplinary best practices to fulfill client and legal obligations.

• Track KPIs and business goals.

• Take part in investigations concerning incidents and claims in the region.

• Ensure a cohesive approach across facilities management and service management operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a higher education degree (Master’s level or equivalent).

• Have extensive experience in Facility Management.

• Demonstrated experience in positions with similar responsibilities.

• Maintain a highly organized, diligent, and systematic approach.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal capabilities.

• Demonstrate a strong service ethic and a flexible approach to client needs.

• Possess operational knowledge of engineering services and building/occupant services.

• Have a commercial, financial, and operational understanding of the client environment.

• Experience in budget management and financial analysis is essential.

• Proven experience in managing and executing moves and relocations.

• Familiarity with facilities management operations is required.

• Knowledge of tools, working methods, and industry best practices is essential.

• Possess advanced IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
