• Spearhead and expand Oasis’ enterprise operations in your designated region
• Recruit Account Executives and establish a pipeline from the ground up
• Assume responsibility for the most critical deals
• Develop and manage a high-achieving enterprise sales team
• Foster pipeline generation and acquire new logos
• Engage in essential deals and assist in driving them to closure
• Proven history of successfully closing large, complex enterprise transactions (recent experience necessary)
• Familiarity with selling to enterprise security decision-makers (CISO-level)
• Background in fast-growing or early-stage settings
• Builder mentality - adept at creating pipeline and organizational structure
• Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders prepared to advance
