Regional Director – West/PNW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand Oasis’ enterprise business within your region

• Recruit Account Executives and develop a sales pipeline from scratch

• Take charge of key deals

• Assemble and manage a high-achieving enterprise sales team

• Foster pipeline generation and secure new client acquisitions

• Engage in pivotal deals and assist in closing them

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of closing significant, complex enterprise deals (recent experience is essential)

• Proficient in selling to enterprise security decision-makers (CISO-level)

• Background in high-growth or early-stage companies

• Builder mindset - adept at creating pipeline and establishing structure

• Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders poised for advancement
