This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assemble and direct a high-achieving enterprise sales team
• Recruit and onboard Account Executives within your region
• Propel pipeline creation and secure new client acquisitions
• Engage in key negotiations and assist in closing significant deals
• Define operational strategies and winning approaches for the region
• Collaborate across departments to foster growth
• Proven history of finalizing substantial, intricate enterprise agreements (recent experience is essential)
• Experience in cybersecurity is mandatory; a background in identity security is a notable advantage
• Familiarity with selling to enterprise security stakeholders (CISO-level)
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management
• Experience in guiding and developing Account Executives within enterprise settings
• Strong, hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching on deals and driving team execution
