This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assemble, recruit, and guide a high-achieving team of SLED Account Executives
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for a designated territory
• Engage personally in key strategic deals
• Mentor your team through challenges, evaluations, and security assessments
• Cultivate executive relationships across pertinent sectors
• Create clear ROI frameworks
• Represent the voice of the SLED customer to leadership
• Collaborate with engineering and AI departments to ensure successful deployment outcomes
• Navigate procurement processes and contracts to facilitate adoption
• Over 6 years of experience in SLED or enterprise technology sales
• At least 2 years of experience leading and expanding a quota-carrying sales team
• Familiarity with developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies
• Proven history of building and managing teams that secure new logos
• Proficient in managing complex state, local, and education sales cycles
• Insight into SLED buying processes, procurement procedures, and security expectations
• Analytical mindset towards pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong communication skills
