This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Lead a team of account executives, each tasked with managing specific geographical territories and accounts as defined by Wiz.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their benefits for our customers.
• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy that aligns with the objectives and goals of the company.
• Discover new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients to grow the customer base.
• Work in tandem with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
• Evaluate sales data and metrics to assess performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Establish performance targets for the sales team and provide continuous coaching and feedback to promote individual and collective success.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers to ensure enduring partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in sales, utilizing this knowledge to shape sales strategies and tactics.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, project sales forecasts, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and leading a team of 4 or more major account executives.
• Over 7 years of sales experience in complex cloud or security environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership and management capabilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and metrics to guide strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Knowledgeable about sales and marketing best practices and current industry trends.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a capacity to quickly adapt to changing situations.
