This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee a team of account executives, each tasked with managing a designated geographical territory as defined by Wiz.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and articulate their benefits to our clients.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and goals.
• Discover new business prospects and cultivate relationships with potential clients to broaden the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
• Evaluate sales data and metrics to assess performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Establish performance targets for the sales team and offer continuous coaching and feedback to foster both individual and team success.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers to ensure lasting partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales, leveraging this knowledge to guide sales strategies and tactics.
• Manage the sales pipeline, project sales forecasts, and report sales performance to executive leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing and leading a team of enterprise account executives.
• More than 7 years of sales experience in complex cloud or security sectors.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to shape strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices and current industry trends.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the capacity to swiftly adjust to changing circumstances.
