This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Directly oversee the Program Directors within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and manage various programs within the specified area.
• Partner with the PMC Senior Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, CFO, and Chief Clinical Officer to ensure financial accountability, ongoing financial success, and the execution of new programs.
• Maintain consistent and positive communication with Hospital administration within the designated region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage programs in the assigned region through monthly regional calls, on-site visits, and weekly interactions.
• Collaborate with the PMC clinical team to oversee compliance, regulations, and training for all programs, ensuring they meet necessary compliance standards and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between programs and the PMC corporate staff and leadership team.
• Engage in weekly calls with the Senior Regional Director and PMC leadership.
• Work alongside the PMC and Hospital HR team for staff development and recruitment initiatives.
• Assume temporary leadership responsibilities when a vacancy arises in the designated region.
• Collaborate with hospital CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, and other senior decision-makers to oversee the programs during their implementation and ongoing operations to guarantee success.
• Coordinate with the Program Development Director, Communications & Marketing Director, and Program Directors to address public relations and community education requirements.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience working with older adults and/or in mental health is preferred.
• Four to ten years of management experience is preferred.
• A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Driver’s License is required.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays, is required.
• Must be available by phone and email, unless travel restrictions apply, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on regular business days.
• Capability to store, care for, and maintain a company vehicle on a regular maintenance schedule (maintenance costs covered by PMC) is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
