This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic, proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-centric culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners and achieving revenue targets on a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each assigned hotel to report on progress.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM for account management and to streamline the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team) to boost revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create outstanding client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction by acting as an integral extension of the hotel and representing your clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to enhance and fortify client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across diverse market segments; experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in establishing trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Capability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Reside in the United States and be able to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
