Regional Director of Operations, New England

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the CVP network of veterinary hospitals

• Oversee between 13 to 17 locations

• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures

• Cultivate and sustain robust business relationships

• Responsible for P&L management

• Initiate and oversee facility enhancement projects

• Create proactive marketing strategies aimed at revenue growth

• Collaborate with Practice Managers to anticipate staffing requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related discipline

• At least eight (8) years of experience in Veterinary Practice/Management

• Minimum of three (3) years in managing multiple locations

• Proficient in MS Office

• Previous experience with Veterinary Practice Management Software
