This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight for a portfolio consisting of 8-10 properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits to guarantee exceptional service quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with General Managers to formulate operational strategies.
• Oversee profit and loss performance while partnering on revenue strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of General Managers to foster talent development.
• Act as a liaison between property leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality sector.
• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial success.
• Experience in managing multiple properties across a broad geographic area.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and relationship building.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned portfolio.
• Experience with MEWS, Revinate, Toast, and Craftable is preferred.
