Regional Director of Clinical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee clinical services operations across designated Navion communities in North and South Carolina.

• Ensure adherence to relevant State and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines.

• Implement clinical services policies and procedures while monitoring the achievement of community goals and objectives.

• Oversee regulatory compliance, assess new regulatory directives, and implement necessary changes.

• Monitor quality improvement processes, standards of care, and clinical indicator reports; communicate findings to the Regional Director of Operations.

• Review and address resident and hotline complaints, ensuring compliance with resident rights and resolving grievances.

• Conduct compliance and quality surveys and assist in developing corrective action plans.

• Participate in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations.

• Identify trends, create corrective action plans, and troubleshoot solutions alongside operational and clinical leaders.

• Collect performance improvement indicators and survey data.

• Schedule site visits to provide supervision, clinical expertise, communication, and operational monitoring.

• Offer supervision and guidance to Executive Directors, Directors of Clinical Services, wellness staff, and other assigned personnel.

• Travel frequently between communities in North and South Carolina.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN with an active license in good standing.

• Minimum of five years of management experience.

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing is required.

• Regional experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with standards of care and practices relevant to the provision of geriatric services.

• Five to seven years of experience in long-term care is preferred.
