This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Working closely with sales management to share insights and feedback on market trends and demands relevant to our Financial Advisor clients.
• Attaining top-tier market share within the territory, focusing on Allspring’s key firms and their specified products.
• Offering updates on the holdings of Financial Advisors and discussing optimal investment strategies and business management concepts.
• Utilizing third-party speakers, portfolio managers, and product specialists throughout the year.
• Identifying and collaborating with key local Centers of Influence and vital broker/dealer personnel to enhance existing relationships and broaden client access to optimize sales opportunities.
• Developing strategies to enter new markets and strengthen existing relationships to enhance product competitiveness.
• Collaborating with home office investment strategy consultants and key accounts relationship managers to ensure the effective execution of strategies across vital internal and external distribution channels.
• Partnering with COIs to expand outreach and strengthen advisor relationships.
• Striving for excellence by upholding high performance standards and pursuing the goals of the business unit ethically and efficiently.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required, demonstrating successful relationships and achievements with leading Financial Advisory firms and advisors.
• Proven track record of surpassing established performance targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific needs, limitations, and opportunities in wealth and investment management.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses.
• Residency in a major metropolitan area within the territory.
• A results-driven mindset focused on success, complemented by a strong service orientation, high energy, a sense of urgency, a robust work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit within a large public company framework, and a passion for business development.
• The ability, presence, and credibility to foster consensus across Allspring in support of innovative solution development.
• Integrity and personal charisma to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Proficiency in operating computer software and programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and through electronic means.
• Regular interaction with others, including co-workers and the public.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a close-knit business environment while managing various interruptions.
