This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Build and manage a high-achieving enterprise sales team.
β’ Recruit and onboard Account Executives within your designated region.

β’ Required experience in cybersecurity; proficiency in identity security is a significant plus.
β’ Background in selling to enterprise security decision-makers (CISO-level).
β’ Over 5 years of experience in sales management.
β’ Experience in managing and developing Account Executives within enterprise settings.
β’ Strong, hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching through deals and driving team execution.
