This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Build and manage a high-achieving enterprise sales team
• Recruit and onboard Account Executives in your designated region
• Generate pipeline and acquire new logos
• Engage in key deals and assist in bringing them to closure
• Define the operational strategy for the region to achieve success
• Collaborate across functions to enhance growth
• Proven history of closing large, intricate enterprise deals (recent experience is essential)
• Experience in cybersecurity is mandatory; a background in identity security is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with selling to enterprise security stakeholders (CISO-level)
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of managing and developing Account Executives in enterprise settings
• Strong, hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching deals and driving team execution
