Regional Director, Neuromuscular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide support to a team of Regional Account Associate Directors (RAAD).

• Cultivate a strong team culture and promote account-based engagement within designated neuromuscular treatment centers.

• Collaborate closely with neuromuscular centers and cross-functional teams.

• Work in partnership with Access, Novartis Patient Services, Trade & Distribution, and Medical departments.

• Establish and maintain significant relationships with neuromuscular centers of excellence and influential thought leaders.

• Advocate for cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.

• Convert complex clinical, operational, and access dynamics into clear priorities and actionable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries, particularly with large, geographically dispersed teams; including experience in 2 or more cross-functional roles.

• At least 5 years of experience in field commercial leadership, showcasing strategic thinking and an enterprise mindset.

• More than 2 years of experience supporting buy-and-bill therapies.

• Recent experience in the US (within the last 5 years) with a comprehensive understanding of the US Healthcare ecosystem.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Preferred candidates will have demonstrated second-line leadership experience.
