This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Construct and lead a high-achieving enterprise sales team
• Recruit and onboard Account Executives within your area
• Propel pipeline creation and acquire new clients
• Engage in pivotal deals and assist in guiding them to closure
• Define the operational strategy and success metrics for the region
• Collaborate across departments to foster growth
• Proven history of closing significant, intricate enterprise deals (recent experience necessary)
• Experience in cybersecurity is essential; a background in identity security is a considerable advantage
• Familiarity with selling to enterprise security decision-makers (CISO-level)
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management
• Proven experience in managing and developing Account Executives in enterprise settings
• Strong hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching deals and driving execution through the team
