This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
β’ Assemble, recruit, and guide a high-performing team of FSI Partner/Account Managers
β’ Develop and implement partner strategies for federal systems integrators
β’ Take personal responsibility for strategic SI relationships
β’ Mentor your team to become trusted experts in the product
β’ Cultivate executive relationships within SI leadership
β’ Create repeatable co-selling processes
β’ Measure value through ROI cases linked to developer productivity
β’ Act as the representative voice of the SI partner ecosystem to leadership
β’ Collaborate closely with Field Engineering and Federal Sales
β’ Navigate the complexities of federal contract vehicles and compliance requirements
β’ Over 6 years of experience in federal technology sales or partner/channel roles
β’ At least 2 years of experience in leading and scaling a team
β’ Familiarity with or experience working within major federal systems integrators
β’ Proven track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline
β’ Comfortable navigating SI organizational structures and capture processes
β’ Knowledge of federal contract vehicles
β’ Analytical mindset towards partner pipeline and forecasting
β’ Strong communication and leadership capabilities
