This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and support Diversey’s institutional customer accounts within the designated region.
• Achieve customer growth objectives, enhance wallet share, seek out new accounts, and promote customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage the region’s profit and loss and supervise approximately four District Managers.
• Guide, mentor, and develop District Managers and field teams.
• Advocate for EHS policies, procedures, and best practices in safety.
• Enhance team capabilities in commercial engagement, service, and product/application knowledge.
• Execute regional strategies and ensure financial performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including account analysis and innovative account P&L models.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Key Account Teams, and Sectors to enhance retention, renewals, and customer experience.
• Update and expand the sales funnel while launching products and promotions throughout the region.
• Conduct sales calls and site visits to assess program performance and customer satisfaction.
• Enhance field performance metrics and synchronize service delivery with commercial objectives.
• Lead national equipment rollouts, multi-site implementations, and intricate service projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and customer expectations.
• Meet targets for revenue, gross profit, costs, new products, and customer growth.
• Manage regional expenses and service budgets, as well as fleet and asset costs, while enhancing SG&A productivity.
• Utilize data to pinpoint performance gaps and opportunities for cost improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of commercial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large teams.
• More than 10 years of experience working closely with sales, service, and commercial teams.
• Background in B2B chemicals, food service, retail, hospitality, or institutional settings.
• Proven track record of enhancing commercial performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong commercial skills with experience in promoting, selling, and closing deals.
• Solid financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate at the national level of organizations and sell at the operational level.
• Strong business and financial insight, including budgeting and cost-to-serve management.
• Demonstrated change leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
