This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier sales talent, develop personalized growth plans for each sales representative, and inspire and coach the sales team to exceed targets.
• Identify and address customer pain points by leveraging Zscaler's distinctive value proposition.
• Take ownership as the General Manager of your business, crafting a success plan and accurately forecasting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners, collaborating on joint plans, generating pipeline, and driving opportunities to successful closure.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales leadership experience in the software or security sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated progressive selling experience with enterprise accounts and engaging with C-Level executives.
• Must reside in or be willing to commute within Ohio.
