
Regional Director – Bar Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develops a territory-specific business plan aimed at enhancing engagement (sales) and achieving designated goals with the Company's brand and products.
• Supports assigned field-related initiatives concerning bar review engagement, focusing on activities such as focus groups and feedback collection with students and schools, Company events, campus visits, industry conferences, and other external opportunities.
• Generates assigned content to aid in academic and bar success.
• Establishes and sustains direct communication with member schools, students, student organizations, and other relevant entities within the designated region, including regular in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other written correspondence.
• Acts as a company representative at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other designated events.
• Recruits, trains, and provides support to student ambassadors.
• Offers direct assistance and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
• Maintains records in the contact management system (CMS), including updated contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.
• Keeps informed about Company products and services and their applications for various purposes and audiences.
• Provides analysis and recommendations for new services and products that could benefit member schools, their students, and recent alumni.
• Contributes to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications for member schools, students, and recent alumni.
• Manages social media presence to promote the Company, facilitating lead generation and nurturing, alongside marketing efforts.
• Informs the National Director of any critical issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Juris Doctor degree and bar license are mandatory.
• Strong grasp of sales and relationship development.
• Comprehensive understanding of product development and delivery.
• Proficient in brand building concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of the bar exam process, including elements and strategies for success.
• Capability to initiate, advocate for, and effectively implement new products.
• Ability to remain informed and understand higher education policies and issues, particularly in law school and professional school contexts.
• Capacity to excel in an environment that anticipates change and encourages innovation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Collaborative approach; skilled in giving and receiving feedback to enhance products and services.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including experience with web-based platforms, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools.
• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student achievement.
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
