Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic guidance, effective communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to align with sales objectives, service excellence, and brand standards.

• Foster and maintain a robust leadership pipeline through succession planning and developmental initiatives.

• Set objectives, track progress, and perform regular performance and development evaluations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives and shared priorities.

• Travel frequently to designated venues to observe operations, provide on-site coaching, acknowledge outstanding performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in multi-unit, high-volume environments across various states is required.

• Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to develop and implement strategic action plans.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated success in leading leaders and fostering accountability.
