• Oversee the recruitment and communication of volunteers.
• Organize and support all NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the designated region.
• Strengthen and expand new fundraising opportunities through volunteer recruitment and personal leadership.
• Ensure adherence to NWTF's established operating and reporting protocols.
• Maintain precise volunteer and chapter contact records.
• Liaise with DFO, National Headquarters staff, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the State Chapter President and agencies to build a robust State Chapter and State Super Fund.
• Advocate for NWTF and its mission among members and communities.
• Complete and submit necessary documents and evaluations promptly.
• Achieve Year over Year growth in event net revenue.
• Safeguard and preserve NWTF equipment and property.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and customer service aptitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
