This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise four regional managers who together manage around 100 clinics within the Nations Hearing network located inside Sam’s Club venues.

• Accountable for ensuring that regional operations are conducted efficiently in strict adherence to corporate standard operating procedures, while also driving revenue, boosting hearing aid sales, and providing an outstanding patient experience with quality outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop four regional managers to meet regional objectives and uphold consistent operational excellence across all clinics.

• Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs, policies, and brand standards throughout the region.

• Monitor and enhance clinic staffing to guarantee adequate coverage, training, and performance.

• Propel regional revenue growth and increase hearing aid sales through effective sales tactics, staff development, and performance oversight.

• Oversee patient experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels, strong clinical outcomes, and prompt follow-up.

• Collaborate with corporate teams to roll out new programs, tools, and process enhancements.

• Analyze regional performance metrics, devise action plans, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and patient-centered care.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the region.

• Ensure operational uniformity across clinics, including store-level procedures, merchandising, and patient flow.

• Address escalated issues across clinics, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of additional directly related, progressive experience.

• Over 8 years of industry experience in hearing care, retail healthcare, or comparable fields is preferred.

• More than 5 years of management experience; demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate multiple site leaders.

• Proven capability to manage and develop regional managers and oversee a large number of clinics.

• Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.

• A successful record of driving revenue growth and unit sales while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

• Positive demeanor, resilience, and a readiness to challenge the status quo as an industry innovator.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change-management abilities.

• Data-driven approach with the skill to analyze performance metrics and convert insights into actionable plans.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to oversee clinics and support regional teams.
