Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass regional sales objectives.

• Discover new business opportunities and broaden our customer base.

• Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Work together with other departments to bolster sales initiatives.

• Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales within the insurance or financial services sector.

• Required licenses include Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable.

• Additional professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, CLTC, or LUTCF are advantageous.

• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record in developing and executing effective sales strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with production sources.

• Results-oriented professional dedicated to achieving both individual and team objectives.
