This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and assisting in the recruitment of top-tier financial advisors and teams.
• Develop innovative sales and recruiting strategies.
• Research, source, and engage potential candidates.
• Take individual ownership of specific advisor segments within the pipeline.
• Meet with prospective advisors to showcase LPL’s value proposition.
• Navigate extended sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Assess potential advisors for suitability.
• Train internal staff on the nuances of recruitment.
• Enhance and evaluate recruitment practices and opportunities.
• Clearly articulate LPL’s business model and the advantages of joining.
• Collaborate with the BD leadership team for ongoing evolution of offerings.
• Identify external organizations and events to create new sourcing channels.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the business development team.
• Design and test new methods to attract diverse candidates.
• Utilize data to monitor performance indicators.
• Over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
• High level of expertise in the RIA marketplace.
• Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the required area.
• Proven success in managing and closing complex sales.
• Enthusiastic, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Capability to influence decisions and direction throughout the organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities.
• Team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
