Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for EBITDA and expense alignment throughout the region

• Act as the representative for Integra in essential customer and escalation meetings

• Determine resource levels while approving district staffing and investment choices

• Guide and develop District Managers and Assistant District Managers

• Implement Integra’s strategy for regional growth

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience in leadership

• Over 10 years of experience in leading operations, service, or technical organizations
