This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate relationships and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Provide valuable insights into regional market trends and customer requirements to guide operational strategic initiatives.
• Advocate for Center of Excellence services to ensure they are regionally relevant and impactful.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage service levels to meet staffing and revenue goals.
• Ensure budget performance is consistent with forecasts.
• Manage, communicate, and report on budget forecasts and purchase order tracking with clients.
• Implement strategies in coordination with corporate and regional stakeholders.
• Promote service delivery enhancements through effective communication and strategic planning.
• Supervise the execution of standardized processes and methodologies throughout the region.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics.
• Measure success through key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
• Assist staff by eliminating barriers and providing guidance on improvements and innovations.
• Bachelor's Degree required; a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site, comprehensive wellness and fitness operations.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-unit/regional management, operational management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong financial knowledge and experience in budget management.
• Proficient in strategic planning, team leadership, and business development.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
