• Oversee both operational and clinical performance across various ABA centers by collaborating with Center Directors, tracking key performance indicators, executing strategic action plans, managing budgets and compliance, and ensuring consistent communication, supervision, and implementation of company initiatives.
• Provide clinical oversight and direction throughout the region by supporting complex cases, performing audits and reviews, monitoring clinical quality and outcomes, ensuring appropriate distribution of caseloads, and advocating for ethical, evidence-based practices along with continuous professional development.
• Cultivate and support regional leadership teams through coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, retention strategies, workforce planning, and nurturing a collaborative culture that aligns with company values and growth objectives.
• Propel regional growth initiatives by aiding marketing and outreach efforts, establishing community and referral partnerships, participating in recruitment events, and assisting with the development, hiring, and operational launch planning of new centers.
• At least 5 years of experience as a BCBA in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years in managing or supervising BCBA-level clinicians.
• At least 2 years overseeing operations across multiple ABA centers.
• Proven experience in leading leaders and supporting multi-site operations.
• Proficient in utilizing operational and clinical data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with assessment tools, clinical systems, and quality assurance procedures.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or must be obtained within 30 days.
• QBS Safety Care certification to be achieved within 90 days.
• Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform a range of physical movements including sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, and crawling.
• Proficient in using computers, tablets, and other technology for extended durations.
• Quick and appropriate response ability in crisis or client support situations.
• Competent in effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
