This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulate and implement both short- and long-term business strategies for designated distribution partners that align with channel KPIs.
• Evaluate territory opportunities, discern account requirements, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Increase revenue by enhancing product penetration, boosting parts and service sales, and discovering new business prospects.
• Conduct sales presentations and offer training on products and associated programs.
• Observe competitive actions within the territory and apply solution-oriented strategies to safeguard and expand market share.
• Assist in promotional initiatives and the introduction of new products.
• Organize and implement marketing efforts with designated accounts and distribution partners.
• Monitor and report on territory performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent expertise.
• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in two-step distribution.
• Excellent negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex sales processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply essential business metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Confident presentation skills suitable for both individual and group environments.
• Self-driven and adept at working independently in a field-based setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
