Regional Corporate Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in enhancing the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline.

• Develop and maintain strategic, long-term commercial relationships across North America.

• Spearhead the sourcing and cultivation of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement.

• Assess potential targets for strategic fit and financial compatibility.

• Supervise the initial stages of commercial due diligence.

• Provide high-impact insights and deliver materials suitable for executive presentation.

• Collaborate closely with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross-functional leadership to ensure disciplined and coordinated deal evaluation and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the energy, utilities, or industrial technology sector.

• A proven history of leading transactions and strategic initiatives.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with a deep understanding of industrial technology trends.

• Experience in a global environment and within a matrixed organization.
