This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with high schools and career and technical centers in the designated region to foster growth in the Pre-College program and achieve set outreach and enrollment objectives.
• Collaborate with educators and school leaders to promote, expand, and provide support for Pre-College opportunities.
• Organize and deliver captivating presentations to both small and large audiences, including students, families, and school staff, to enhance awareness, participation, and interest in the program.
• Act as the main contact for partner and potential schools, effectively communicating program offerings, partnership criteria, and participation procedures.
• Assist students and families throughout the Pre-College journey by offering guidance, responding to inquiries, aiding with registration, and ensuring a high-quality, student-focused experience.
• Work closely with internal teams across Pre-College, Enrollment, Academic Affairs, and Student Services to facilitate coordinated outreach, promote student success, and support ongoing program growth.
• Monitor outreach activities, partnerships, and student engagement utilizing College technology systems, travel as necessary within the designated region, and contribute to meeting program objectives and strategic growth goals.
• Availability to work during peak periods and enrollment seasons.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or student services.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania K–12 school systems or career and technical education (CTCs).
• Background in working with students and families in an educational or advisory role.
• Comfort in delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
• Experience in recruiting, admissions, outreach, sales, or related relationship-focused positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage educators, students, and families.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adjust to the needs of schools and students.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region (approximately 25–50%), including occasional overnight stays.
• Proficient and confident in utilizing technology for presentations, communications, tracking, and reporting.
