
Regional Commercial Strategy Specialist – Competency Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Design, adapt, and implement learning modules for the Digital Academy that encompass subjects such as ecommerce management, conversion optimization, channel strategy, digital marketing, commercial operations, and analytics.
• Develop and create engaging, modular content and assessments (quizzes, activities, case studies) that align with business priorities and uphold quality standards (objectives, accuracy, engagement, design, usability, assessment).
• Oversee the complete deployment of learning programs across all SEA markets; manage launch schedules and ensure content meets both regional and market-specific requirements.
• Partner with business leaders, internal L&D teams, external vendors, and cross-functional collaborators to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.
• Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness based on established KPIs (e.g., completion rates, course feedback, revisions, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in L&D, commercial capability development, or training roles, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning solutions for regional or multi-market teams.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel commerce, digital marketing, and commercial operations in Asia.
• Demonstrated success in managing learning projects from conception to execution, achieving measurable business results.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (both virtual and in-person).
• Capability to work across functions and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, SCORM/LMS, and blended learning methodologies is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
