This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Representing MADx at various conferences.
β’ Promptly addressing issues and managing complaints.
β’ Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.
β’ Establishing best practices while delivering innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
β’ Taking complete commercial responsibility for the South Italy region.
β’ Building, structuring, and further developing the local sales framework.
β’ Driving market growth and development in a largely autonomous commercial role.
β’ Educational background in a scientific and/or commercial discipline.
β’ Experience in a laboratory environment is advantageous.
β’ Residing in Italy (preferably Central or Southern Italy) and willing to travel within the region.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a senior commercial or sales position with responsibility for a territory or market.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ A passion for resolving client-related issues, with attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
β’ A proactive approach and a collaborative team player.
β’ Proficient in both Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
β’ A permanent full-time position.
