• Representing MADx at various conferences.
• Promptly addressing issues and managing complaints.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.
• Establishing best practices while delivering innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
• Taking complete commercial responsibility for the South Italy region.
• Building, structuring, and further developing the local sales framework.
• Driving market growth and development in a largely autonomous commercial role.
• Educational background in a scientific and/or commercial discipline.
• Experience in a laboratory environment is advantageous.
• Residing in Italy (preferably Central or Southern Italy) and willing to travel within the region.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior commercial or sales position with responsibility for a territory or market.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sectors.
• A passion for resolving client-related issues, with attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
• A proactive approach and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in both Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
