Regional Clinical Manager, Western Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead a medium-sized team while managing both strategic and tactical operations.

• Convert the organization's mission, vision, goals, and strategies into actionable priorities for the local clinical team.

• Enhance the field team's effectiveness through individualized travel and on-site coaching.

• Oversee clinical outcomes by implementing best practices and providing clinical Abiomed training to optimize patient care and enhance the customer experience.

• Manage and support patient implant coverage along with customer communications.

• Ensure the competency of employees and customers by focusing on the development, retention, and performance management of the clinical team.

• Recruit clinical team members, which includes establishing a candidate pipeline.

• Continuously advance the personal and professional skills of the team.

• Travel regularly and frequently with team members (50–80%).

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in nursing or an equivalent clinical qualification is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in cardiology is required; experience in interventional cardiology is preferred.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong strategic sales skills and sales experience are required.

• Ability to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in German and possesses good English skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly and frequently with team members (50–80%).
