This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Lead and oversee the regional Clinical Specialist (CS) team by establishing clear expectations, providing strategic guidance, and cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Attract, retain, and nurture high-achieving clinical talent through structured onboarding, coaching, performance assessments, and career advancement planning.
β’ Drive the realization of regional objectives in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, ensuring that clinical initiatives align with commercial goals.
β’ Offer leadership support to the clinical team in managing complex customer situations, providing guidance and escalation assistance to enhance relationships and promote territory growth.
β’ Ensure operational excellence by proactively identifying and addressing gaps in staffing, training, or customer support, and allocating resources to uphold consistent coverage and service quality.
β’ Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key physicians, decision-makers, and hospital stakeholders to improve clinical engagement and bolster business development.
β’ Advocate for process enhancement by pinpointing inefficiencies and working cross-functionally to implement solutions that boost team performance and customer satisfaction.
β’ Act as a clinical expert and advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper product usage and procedural consistency to optimize patient outcomes.
β’ Recognize and comprehend competitive products, industry trends, and offerings from Haemonetics.
β’ Monitor and tackle clinical challenges associated with product usage, collaborating with sales leadership and providing targeted in-service education as necessary.
β’ BA/BS or equivalent in Health Science along with relevant registrations or certifications (RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS, etc.)
β’ A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in the medical device industry in a clinical or sales role supporting physician customers.
β’ Strong clinical focus, with experience involving products used in the cardiac service line (e.g., cath lab or EP lab).
β’ At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience in overseeing a clinical team.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology in a clinical or commercial capacity.
