This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Clinical Optimization Specialists within the designated region.
• Create a high-performance culture founded on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and results.
• Define clear performance expectations, objectives, and development plans in line with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessions.
• Set defined goals, expectations, and growth plans for team members.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for Clinical Optimization Specialists.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
• Support performance management initiatives and career development discussions.
• Ensure effective implementation, adoption, and integration of FloPatch within customer accounts.
• Assist Clinical Optimization Specialists in creating and executing account-specific adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to align clinical resources with business objectives.
• Monitor customer usage and clinical adoption trends to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Act as an escalation point for complex clinical, customer, and implementation challenges.
• Aid in strategic account planning and significant customer engagements.
• Ensure the consistent provision of clinical education and training programs throughout the region.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Education, and Customer Success teams.
• Provide field-based insights and customer feedback to facilitate product enhancements and future innovations.
• Engage in regional planning, forecasting, and business review activities.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Telemetry, Step-Down Care, or a related specialty.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, clinical education, or team development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Must be or have previously been a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed.
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong organizational, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
