This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Staff Management: This position involves close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and Territory Sales Managers to recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage professionals.
• Oversee the daily deployment of these individuals to maximize efficiency and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly assessments and performance reviews.
• Execute quarterly field visits to coach and enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Ensure and oversee clinical competence through case sign-off and post-training evaluations for new hires.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of pre and on-site New Hire Training materials, alongside post-training activities to support independent status.
• New Hire Training will incorporate coordination with sales to conduct pre-training sessions that prepare new hires for in-person training.
• Assist in placing new hire participants into procedures before they attend New Hire Training.
• Deliver live presentations, simulated role-plays, and hands-on training exercises.
• Collaborate to onboard all new hires after training to ensure clinical excellence is achieved and documented for FDA audits.
• Partner with Sales to manage case coverage assignments as needed for clinical and cross-regional/divisional requirements.
• Support Sales in co-managing Clinical Specialists with educational goals for customers.
• Document case outcomes and communicate results to the Sales Consultant.
• Provide necessary educational materials to surgeons and/or OR staff.
• Organize and lead clinical breakout sessions at meetings as required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical professional training or surgical experience
• Proven clinical expertise related to surgical devices; urology experience is preferred
• Strong professional work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and capability to perform independently at high levels
• Willingness to travel up to 90%, which includes overnight stays
• Fulfill vendor credentialing requirements and manage vendor credentialing processes at various sites
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience training surgeons in the OR and assisting with Sales onboarding
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Competent in managing, editing, and developing surgical videos and other training resources as necessary
• Compliant with applicable county, state, and Federal regulations regarding vaccinations
• Must possess a valid US driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 90%; overnight travel is a requirement
• Responsible for adhering to all duties in compliance with the FDA's Quality System Regulations.
