• Oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including the leadership and management of multi-level Clinical Specialists and 1099 (independent contracted Clinical Specialists).
• Create, manage, and deliver clinical education for sales teams, clinical specialists, marketing personnel, surgeons, 1099 case coverage individuals, and operating room staff.
• Address case coverage requirements and aid in the development of the clinical team, its customers, and Sales team members towards achieving procedural independence.
• Collaborate across functions with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D to create clinical education focused on new product development.
• Facilitate New Hire Training and support the creation of pre and on-site training materials for new hires.
• Ensure and oversee clinical competence with case sign-off following new hire training.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of clinical professional training or surgical experience.
• Proven clinical mastery related to surgical devices, with a preference for urology experience.
• Strong professional work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform independently at a high level.
• Willingness to travel 90%, which includes overnight travel.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements and manage credentialing needs at various sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience training surgeons in the operating room, alongside working with Sales onboarding.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and other training materials as necessary.
• Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal vaccination regulations.
• A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence and a clean driving record.
• Competitive salary with a substantial base of $180,000.
• Variable bonus of $35,000.
• Annual car allowance of $9,600.
• $1,800 annual allowance for cell phone and internet expenses.
