Regional Client Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Aids in the attainment of operational and client-focused metrics.

• Generates clear and informative audit reports utilizing company reporting tools (Domo) and Client Score Cards to effectively pinpoint issues and convey findings to Regional, Market, and Shop Leadership.

• Performs internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices, and The WOW operating procedures to ensure that repair facilities maintain best-in-class operations.

• Cultivates a comprehensive understanding of key client expectations and metrics, in addition to internal operating initiatives currently in progress.

• Collaborates with the National Account team to grasp client requirements and current performance levels for particular Insurance Partner(s).

• Communicates performance data to Regional leadership and supports leadership in developing and following up on improvement plans.

• Provides training and coaching to market and shop leaders on adhering to WOW repair processes related to estimating areas.

• Engages in regular Regional and Market leadership calls to share successes/improvements, identify deficiencies, and discuss improvement plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a collision repair environment or a related role.

• 3 years of in-depth knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines, procedures, and Scorecard metrics.

• Thorough understanding of the Wow Operating Way processes, with particular focus on estimator processes and responsibilities.

• A valid Driver’s License.
